These Terms & Conditions apply to your use of the KlearWay JunkRemoval ("KlearWay," "we," "us") website and services, including junk removal, trailer rental, material delivery and hauling. By using our website or booking a service, you agree to these terms.
SMS / text messaging terms
Program: KlearWay Junk Removal customer messages.
What you'll receive: When you submit a form or give us your number and agree to receive texts, we may send messages about your quote, scheduling, appointment reminders, service updates and customer support, and occasional offers if you've agreed to them.
Message frequency varies based on your request and interactions with us.
Message and data rates may apply.
To opt out, reply STOP to any message at any time. You'll receive one confirmation message and no further texts unless you opt back in.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchase.

Quotes and pricing
Quotes given online, by phone or by text are estimates based on the information you provide. Your final price is confirmed on site before any work begins, and no work starts until you approve it. Our minimum charge for pickups is $200.
Scheduling and cancellations
We'll do our best to arrive within the scheduled window. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please let us know as early as possible by calling or texting (805) 513-9054.
Items we don't accept
We do not accept hazardous materials, including paint, chemicals, fuel, oil, batteries, asbestos, medical waste or other items regulated as hazardous. You agree that items you ask us to remove are yours to dispose of, or that you have permission to have them removed.
Trailer rentals
If you rent or receive a trailer, you're responsible for loading it safely, not overloading it, and not placing prohibited or hazardous items inside. Any additional rental terms will be provided at booking.
Access and property
You agree to give our crew safe access to the items and work area. We take care around your home or business; please let us know about anything fragile, and point out anything that should not be removed.
Discounts and promotions
Discounts for veterans, law enforcement, teachers and healthcare workers, and seasonal promotions such as 10% off in December, may require verification and cannot be combined unless we say so.
Limitation of liability
To the extent allowed by law, KlearWay is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of our website or services. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the service involved.

Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California.
